After purchasing Bobby Nash’s “Snow” series 1 volume 1, I sat it on the side table with the intention of reading it when the opportunity presented itself, however once I started reading the book, casual reading turned into compulsory reading until I finished the book. “Snow Falls” and “Snow Storm,” the first two Snow stories were a fun classic detective story read that reminded me of great television cop dramas that
inspired the author. The first two books were a solid introduction to the main character Abraham Snow, his family and friends who accompany him on his action adventures. It was in the third book, “Snow Drive,” that I became a fan. The story is tight, and the mystery whips you around keeping you suitably off balance until the end. I totally recommend the “Snow” series and the best way it to purchase the first three books in this single volume. Truly worth a five-star rating. Looking forward to the further adventures of Abraham Snow."

There is nothing quite as exciting as having a new piece of art hit your inbox. Today, #TheSummerofSnow kicked into high gear for me today with the arrival of the new SNOW POSTER art by the amazingly talented Jeffrey Hayes. I am absolutely blown away by this piece. You can definitely expect to see this as a banner at conventions in 2020 and will no doubt be used in multiple places. I love it! A bug, big, BIG SHOUT OUT to Jeffrey for this amazing piece! Now, I just need to write an epic Snow thriller to fit this image. Ha! Ha!

Well, today promises to be a WIP Sneak Peek Tuesday. Here is another work-in-progress sneak peek at the poster / book cover work for author Bobby Nash’s “Snow” series. One of the most important elements is to establish the look of the main character and after receiving some guidance from the author, I was able to create a character design that he approved. The picture on the left is the basic paint and the one on the right is the refined version that will be the final image of Abraham Snow. Now to move on to his rifle and tac-vest which will take the remainder of the week to complete. I will have another quick sneak peek to post shortly. Have a great week! #thesummerofsnow

Here is the final WIP sneak peek for a few days while I continue to work and enjoy the upcoming holiday. So this is the scene that appears in the upper right quadrant of the poster / book cover for author Bobby Nash’s “Snow” series. The full illustration will have the central character and four action scenes surrounding the main character of Abraham Snow. This scene shows the Snow’s Learjet under fire by some surface to air missiles and some F-22 Raptors flying alongside. Are the Raptors chasing or escorting? Why did the missiles miss the Learjet? From Jeffrey Hayes: Work continues on Bobby Nash's "Snow" promotional poster / book cover, so here is this week's sneak peek. This image is the lower left quadrant of the piece and features Snow chasing an armored Jeep that just has to be stopped. Looks like it will happen after a few well-placed rounds from an ally in the air. Check back next week for more sneak peeks of the work in progress. #thesummerofsnow
